We take as many variables off the table as possible such as: The partners we choose, the markets we invest in, the assets we purchase, using a margin of safety when underwriting, choosing the correct leverage/debt terms, expert asset management and so much more.

More than just an investor: We work with many business owners and business leaders. It is imperative to create value outside of what you do for work.
