Brandon started HENRY Capital Group to give people an alternative to grow their wealth outside of the stock market.

His passion for raising money stemmed from charity. He raised funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) for a number of years. At the age of 25, he led a fundraising team that raised $73k for LLS. In total he has been responsible for $115k in donations toward LLS. His passion for charity and cancer research came from his dad, Mark. Mark lost his battle to cancer when Brandon was a child.

This back story is important because Brandons passion for raising money holds a very special part in his heart.
Brandon believes it is vital to have passion behind what you do for work.
It is also important to work hard and exceed the expectations of investors and clients.

HENRY Capital Group (HCG) is a real estate investment company. We purchase properties through a syndication model. Capital is raised and pooled together to buy properties. Once the properties are purchased, investors (also called Limited Partners (LP)) receive quarterly distributions from their investments. Properties are held between 3-6 years. At the end of the final year, properties are either sold or refinanced. At that point, investors receive their principal investment back in addition to the remaining interest. Additionally investors receive tax benefits from being an LP. While there are several benefits to real estate such as appreciation of capital, cash flow, tax incentives and diversification, we value safety and security. Our top priority is ensuring capital preservation.
